Fifi is a happy go lucky, smart well behaved member of the family. She loves giving and receiving attention, cats and any toy she can find. She loves to cuddle and gives her humans hugs.

We are a family dedicated to breeding our dogs to become loyal family companions, with excellent temperament and loving natures. These gentle giants are intelligent, with cheerful, affectionate natures. The mix of Bernese Mountain Dog and Great Pyrenees produces happy, healthy, intelligent and extremely loving companions.

We don't take breeding our dogs lightly. Our puppies are whelped in our house and hand raised along side our family. with lots of love and attention.

Our puppies will be exposed to normal household noises, held and lovingly socialized with our 4 children. They will also be great friends with our Ragdoll Cat. The puppies will be ready to go to their new loving homes at 8 weeks of age.

Reservations are required with a deposit of $500 dollars. Deposits are non- refundable.

They will have their 1st shots, wormed and vet checked. If shipped we will provide a health certificate. The cost of shipping is extra for our puppies and is added to the price of your puppy.

The Great Bernese is the mixing of two wonderful working breeds.

The Great Pyrenees is an independent and protective breed that gets along with all animals and humans. It’s life expectancy is 10-12 years.

The Bernese Mountain Dog is a fun-loving, social and docile breed, with a life expectancy of 6-8 years.

This mix produces laid back and good-natured family pets. Our previous litters have all lived past 10 years without health issues.

Are Great Bernese Good Family Pets?

Great Bernese are extremely affectionate and good-natured, often believed to be one of the least aggressive dogs toward humans.

How Big Do They Get? What will they look like?

They should be between 70-115lbs.
Great Bernese are stoic and striking large dogs. They are fairly active and love to be around family members.
Great Bernese typically live up to 12 years and weigh between 70 and 115 pounds. When they are full grown, they can be anywhere between 24 and 28 inches tall.
Great Bernese have a long and ample coat that comes in tri-color variations of white, black, and brown or red. They can also be beige with badger, grey, reddish brown, and tan markings. This big designer breed is known for being well-mannered and calm.

What Does It Mean To 'SOCIALIZE' A Puppy?

Puppies go through a critical period of socialization between five and twelve weeks of age. During this period of time they mature very rapidly. If isolated from external stimuli and not exposed to the outside world, they can grow up to be fearful adult dogs. Litters of puppies raised in an isolated location such as a barn, a garage or a dog kennel often have little exposure to humans except those feeding them.
Puppies that receive little or no human handling between the ages of five and twelve weeks of age often remain fearful when exposed to new situations. Meeting their new family for the first time, the car ride to their new home, their first trip to the vet, and meeting children, strangers or other dogs for the first time can be extremely frightening for these puppies.
Great Bernese of KC will consistently have the puppies interact with children, noises, other animals and our other adult dogs. They are not confined in a cage ever. . They are raised in our home and handled consistently by us and our 4 children. Every puppy is accustomed to hair dryers, vacuum cleaners, automobiles, and other loud noised by the time they leave Great Bernese of KC.

What Type Of Shots And Test Are Give To Each Puppy?

Each puppy is then dewormed at every other week starting at 2 weeks old. As a precaution, each puppy is treated with prescription Marquis for coccidiosis and panacur for giardia. Each pup is also given a bordetella (kennel cough) vaccine which is good for 1 year of age.

How much are the puppies?

We require a $500 dollar non-refundable deposit to reserve a puppy. Reservation Choices will be on a first deposits made will have first choice and then we will work down the list. Price for the puppies is $2000, which includes wormer and first shots.
